Excel Basics
Some basics of Excel are:
- Inserting Shapes
- Inserting Pictures
- Inserting Charts for current Data
- Addition and Subtraction
- Multiplication and Division
- Averaging and Applying to all
Inserting Shapes:
Insert tab, shape button, then choose shape.
Inserting Pictures:
Insert tab, pic button, select picture.
Inserting Charts for current Data:
Selct data for chart, insert tab, select chart out of chart section.
Averaging and Applying to all:
select an empty cell, Formula tab, insert function, select average, select data to be used, ok (if you want o apply to more than one, pull the black box downwards.)
Addition and Subtraction:
select an empty cell, Formula tab, insert function, select sum, select data to be used, ok (if you want o apply to more than one, pull the black box downwards.)
Multiplication and Division:
select an empty cell, Formula tab, insert function, select product, select data to be used, ok (if you want o apply to more than one, pull the black box downwards.)
